Filter was a great price, good quality but the fact that it clogs too fast means extra cleaning to ensure that the pool water gets properly filtered. We use the pool quite often and it is not under under screen. I was cleaning my PLEATCO filter every 2 weeks, I am cleaning the POOLPURE filter 1 per week and sometimes more often. Also, cleaning the very tight pleats required an excessive amount of wasted water. If I don’t do it the back pressure starts going up reducing the waterflow and not properly filtering. It may work really good in other pools but not in my pool. Got rid of after 3 months of use.
