I ONLY INSTALLED THIS ABOUT A MONTH AGO, SO I CAN’T GIVE AN ANSWER ON LONGEVITY OR EASY OF CLEANABILTY. THE UNIT IS VERY SIMILAR TO THE HAYWARD UNIT AND IS WORKING FINE.

I have both some other filters from the past and they dont last long and they give a code on my spa but this filters are way more better and easy to wash and i soke it with clorox on the jar to alternate in between changing filters. I highly recommend this product to anyone.
