Installation Steps
1. Rotate the old filter counter clockwise 1/4 turn and pull it out.
2. Insert the new filter into the filter head and rotate clockwise 1/4 turn.
The majority of the refrigerators need a manual reset. Please press and hold the indicator light/filter for 3 seconds to reset the system. Please refer to your user manual.
Please make sure.
1. The water line is turned back on.
2. The new fitter is fully locked-in place.
3. Check your local water pressure to ensure it meets the filter’s minimum operating pressure requirement.
4.Temperature setting above 32’F, water freezing point.
5. Contact our customer service department for additional assistance if the issue remains.
