Steps of installation
1. Hold the used filter cartridge and turn it to the left (counterclockwise) until the cartridge comes to a complete stop. Gentlypull the cartridge down to remove it.
2. Make sure there are O-rings on the new filter cartridge and that they sit in the grooves.
3. Insert the new filter cartridge into the head until you feel the top of the filter is placed into position. Turn the filter cartridge to the right (clockwise) until the cartridge stops
4. Rinse 3 gallons or 5 minutes through the system before use.

Please make sure:
1.The water line is turned back on.
2.The new filter is fully locked-in place.
3.Check your local water pressure to ensure it meets the filter’s minimum operating pressure reguirement.
4.Temperature setting above 32’F, water freezing point.
5.Contact our customer service department for additional assistance if the issue remains.

The new filter should be flushed for 3 gallons or 5 minutes to condition it. The water filter is made from coconut shellactivated carbon block, ess harmless charcoal residuals and fines can be found in the new filter, The flush processwill remove carbon fines out of the system.
