Integrated flushing technology

My friend introduced me this product. It has high quality material and very easy to install to anywhere you wanna to set up. It also will protect the equipment at my home. Comparing with the some filters which I used before after installing this water filter there’s no waste of water in order to get the better water. Very like this product.

I get the impression they put more effort into making this look pretty than addressing functional issues. My main complaint is that there’s no proper mount for holding the top part of the body that attaches to the plumbing. Instead they have a cheap springy plastic bracket with notches in it that holds it from the splines on the bowl that are used with the wrench to unscrew it. It’s not the item J bracket shown in the manual. So what that means is that if you use the bracket, you can never take off the bowl to clean or replace the filter. If you don’t use the bracket, then it hangs from the pipe and any torque used to open it is trying to bust your pipes.
As far as the scraper design that’s supposed to prevent you from needing to open it, we’ll see if it really works, but my bigger concern is the potential that it’s a weak point in the bottom of the bowl where the seal could fail. And since the whole base including the backwash valve rotates, you can’t permanently attach a drain hose to it.
