90-Day Limited Manufacturer Warranty

PUREPLUS Products warrants to you, the original purchaser of this product (“Product”), that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

This Product must be purchased from an authorized PUREPLUS dealer. Refurbished, resold, or second-hand products are not covered under this warranty.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

During the Warranty Period, if a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed by PUREPLUS, PUREPLUS will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or

  2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product of equal or comparable value.

Replaced products or parts become the property of PUREPLUS and will not be returned.

What Does This Warranty NOT Cover?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident

  • Failure to follow installation or operating instructions

  • Normal wear and tear, or clogging due to water quality

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly

  • Commercial or non-household use

  • Products sold “as is” or with known defects

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please contact PUREPLUS Customer Service with:

  • Proof of purchase (dated receipt or order confirmation)

  • Product model number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos demonstrating the defect

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty is your exclusive remedy. PUREPLUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or lost profits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Geographic Scope

This warranty applies to purchases made primarily for use in the United States. Coverage outside the U.S. may vary depending on local laws and regulations.
